Terms Of Service
Houston Land Buyers
This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered on the date of initial payment submission or contract signing BETWEEN Houston Land Buyers (the “Company”) AND the partnering business or individual (the “Client”). The Client and the Company (collectively, the “Parties”) agree to the following:
1. Company Services
Houston Land Buyers provides specialized real estate and land acquisition services including:
Land purchasing and property assessments.
Real estate consultation and closing coordination.
Property evaluations and fair market offers.
The services are divided into two parts: initial assessment and transaction management. Evaluation services will begin within 24 hours of the initial contact or agreement, and completion depends on the Client’s responsiveness. The Company will be responsible for:
Conducting a detailed assessment of the land/property.
Providing a comprehensive offer and closing timeline.
Ensuring all legal and safety protocols for the transaction are followed.
Assigning a specialized representative to manage the acquisition.
2. Client Requirements
The Client agrees to provide necessary access to the property (if applicable) and facilitate clear communication to ensure smooth service delivery. This includes but is not limited to:
Scheduling a convenient time for an on-site inspection or survey.
Providing access to relevant property documents and titles.
Responding to communication within a reasonable time frame.
Users must be 18 years or older to enter into this agreement.
3. Compensation and Payment
For the services or transactions described, the Parties agree to the terms outlined in the specific purchase agreement or project estimate. If fees are applicable, acceptable payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or bank transfers. The Company does not offer refunds for services already rendered or costs incurred during the due diligence process unless specified in the contract.
4. Term
This Agreement will commence upon the initial engagement and continue until the completion of the acquisition or service. Any ongoing service or additional work must be agreed upon in writing.
5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Terminations
a. Refunds: The Company does not offer refunds for consulting or evaluation services already provided.
b. Cancellations: The Client may cancel services or opt-out of negotiations by providing written notice. Specific terms regarding earnest money or deposits will be governed by the specific Purchase and Sale Agreement.
c. Terminations: Either party may terminate the Agreement in case of a breach of terms, with 14 days’ written notice.
6. Guarantee
The Company guarantees professionalism and transparency in all property evaluations. Any issues identified during the transaction process will be addressed promptly to ensure a fair closing.
7. Communications
For any questions or concerns, the Client agrees to use the email address Shawn@HoustonLandBuyers.com for communication. The Company will respond to inquiries within 24 business hours.
SMS Program Terms
Houston Land Buyers Alerts: Receive important updates, offers, and service reminders directly from Houston Land Buyers. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP”. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues, reply with the keyword “HELP” or reach out directly to Shawn@HoustonLandBuyers.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. 8. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep all shared information, including property valuations, offers, and personal data, confidential unless required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Company retains ownership of any internal materials, reports, or marketing strategies created during the service process. The Client grants the Company a license to use property information for assessment and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
10. Agreement Acceptance
By engaging our services or submitting documentation, the Parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
